Shipping & Delivery

1. How much does shipping cost? +

We’re happy to offer standard shipping for just $5 on all U.S. orders — and it’s completely free when you spend $20 or more! The price you see is the price you pay.

2. How long will it take to receive my order? +

From our door to yours, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 12 business daysfrom the moment you place your order. This total time includes our processing period to carefully prepare and pack your items.

3. How can I track my order? +

Of course! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive in one package? +

To bring you the best selection, we partner with various suppliers. Because of this, items in your order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times. Rest assured, you will not incur any additional costs for this.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy? +

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If it's not a perfect fit, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for store credit. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. How do I start a return? +

3. Do you cover the cost of return shipping? +

As we happily cover the shipping cost to get your order to you, we ask that our customers cover the cost of the return shipping.

4. Are any items non-returnable? +

Yes. To ensure the highest standards for all our customers, items from one specific collection are not eligible for "change of mind" returns:
